Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Ek Vypaar. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Ek Vypaar provides tools for local businesses to manage customers, leads, inventory and review requests. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping it secure. You must give accurate business details and be at least 18 years old.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
- Only contact people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow the rules of WhatsApp, Meta, Google and other platforms you use with the service.
- Do not send spam, attempt to break or overload the service, or access other users' data.
4. Your data
You own the data you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for having the right to store your customers' information.
5. Plans and payments
You can start for free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and billing terms before any charge, and you can choose not to continue.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. It is provided "as is". Please keep your own backups of important records; the CRM includes a data export.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months, or zero if you used the free plan.
8. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you through the service. Continuing to use it after an update means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes.
